OUTISDE THIRD PARTY EVENTS
To maximize the experience for our attendees and honor the investments made by our valued sponsors, we ask everyone to honor our guidelines for outside third-party events happening adjacent to our event. A third-party event is any function occurring during our event hours that is not included in our official agenda. We actively discourage and work to prevent unsanctioned non-sponsored events and discourage everyone from accepting invitations from organizations who are not attending or sponsoring our event.

If you are an attorney, service provider or other organization:
  • All third-party dinners, reception, parties, etc. must take place outside of CLM event hours. If your event is scheduled during the CLM event hours, you will be asked to reschedule.
  • If your function has co-sponsors or co-hosts, all parties must be an official sponsor of the particular CLM event.
  • We reserve the right to restrict participation in future CLM programs for any organization who does not honor our guidelines.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone at our event. Since we value respect, kindness, diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration, we expect our employees, attendees, and their guests to uphold these values by speaking kindly, respecting differences, acting professionally, and promoting collaboration. We will not tolerate hostile, harassing, discriminatory, intimidating, or bullying conduct and will remove anyone found behaving in this manner.
