Certified Claims Professional (CCP) Program Ideal for professionals with five to eight years of experience, this program offers three progressive levels of education. Start with foundational knowledge and progress through all three levels to earn your CCP designation. Specialize in one of seven areas: • Casualty Claims • Construction • Cyber Claims (2 levels) • Professional Lines • Property Claims • Transportation • Workers Compensation Steps to Earning Your CCP

3. Complete Level Two and pass the exam
4. Complete Level Three and pass the exam
5. Celebrate! You are now a Certified Claims Professional!

Fast Track Option: Earn your CCP faster! Test out of Level One from home, and if you don't pass, we’ll credit your test-out fee towards the in-person Level One program. It’s risk-free! Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) Program Continue on your journey to become a claims leader with the ACP program, designed for those who have completed the CCP program or have over 10 years of industry experience. 2. Complete two ACP schools and pass the final exam in each 3. Celebrate! You are now an Advanced Claims Professional! *Professionals with over 10 years of experience who don't hold a CCP may participate by completing two elective schools, plus the School of Leadership.
