Cyber liability is on the verge of becoming the next asbestos for the insurance industry.  In the past year alone nearly 1 billion people have been the victim of some sort of cyber-attack creating potential liability that ranges from identity theft to loss of consumer confidence.  This seminar will provide insight and instruction from, and interaction with, experienced litigation and risk managers with the goal of providing the attendees practical advice on where the insurance industry and courts are heading with regard to future cyber claims.
