Jennifer L. Wojciechowski is VP of Operations at Community Association Underwriters of America, Inc., a division of Alliant Underwriting Solutions. In that capacity, she works with all departments to drive CAU's goals and initiatives. Previously, Ms. Wojciechowski served as Casualty Claim Manager. In that role, she was responsible for management of a team of general liability & directors and officers liability adjusters. She supervised and conducted insurance coverage analyses, initiated and drove claim resolution strategy and managed litigation. Jennifer has experience negotiating and drafting Alternate Fee Arrangements. Prior to joining CAU, Jennifer practiced law with at a prominent Philadelphia law firm where she was a member of the Business Insurance and Bad Faith Litigation Practice Group. She represented numerous insurers in coverage disputes concerning primary and excess policy obligations for various types of insurance claims. Ms. Wojciechowski represented clients in litigation such as insurance coverage declaratory judgment actions and bad faith actions as well as other business and commercial disputes, including contractual indemnity and breach of contract claims. Jennifer's experience includes EPLI, school board legal liability coverage, police liability coverage, municipality E&O coverage, accountants E&O, Lawyers malpractice and other miscellaneous exposures.Jennifer is a frequent lecturer on community association and insurance issues. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute and frequent presents at the CAI Law Seminar. Since the inception of Claim College, she has returned to each year both as an Executive Council member and faculty. She was appointed to the Executive Council for the School of Casualty Claims in 2014. In 2013, she attended the Litigation Management Institute and attained the CLMP designation. At the 2014 Annual Conference, she was recognized as one of four finalists for the Litigation Management Professional of the Year award. Jennifer is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
