Jerri DeCamp

Biography

Jerri A. DeCamp focuses her litigation practice in the areas of construction law, general liability, toxic exposure and premises liability within the New York State and Federal Courts.  Over the course of her career, Ms. DeCamp has obtained extensive experience defending property owners, contractors, construction managers, safety consultants and subcontractors in bodily injury and property damage construction related claims. Ms. DeCamp has effectively advocated for her clients before the various departments of the New York State Appellate Court.
Ms. DeCamp’s litigation experience also includes representing insurance companies in declaratory judgment actions. She also advises excess carriers as monitoring counsel in large exposure cases. Admitted to Bar: New York Connecticut U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York
