Biography
I am licensed in Louisiana and Texas. My practice covers Products Liability/Toxic Tort, Personal Injury and Insurance Coverage. I have tried over 70 cases in both Federal and State court. For the past three years I have served as the defense liaison counsel for the FEMA Trailer Formaldehyde Products Liability Litigation. I have taken the lead or participated in 2 of the 3 bellwether trials and 1 of the 2 Summary Jury Trials. I have co-authored several articles in several legal journals including most recently: "The Mass Action Provisions of CAFA:Where Defendants Fear to Tread?" DRI's For the Defense (April 2009).
