Biography
Miles Moody earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from Atlanta Law School and is a Graduate of the Herschel E. Cole League of Honor Graduates. Early in the course of his insurance career he also earned his AIC designation. His professional experience spans over 26 years in the insurance industry. As a Complex Claims Specialist for Westfield Insurance Company, he is responsible for supervising complex claims in the commercial arena for the Southeast. His claims experience includes matters involving heavy litigation in construction defect, premise liability, commercial motor carrier, personal injury and advertising, and other casualty related claims. He also served as Vice President of the Southern Loss Claims Association.
