Biography
Michael Hoffer is a partner at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP. Michael has represented a variety of national and regional clients in many complex matters from pre-suit through jury trial and appeals, including products liability cases, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and civil rights cases. Michael is regional counsel for a national hospitality franchise. Michael has obtained favorable results, both in and out of the courtroom, in cases involving claims of catastrophic injuries and constitutional violations.
Before joining Cruser & Mitchell, Michael was chambers staff attorney for Chief Judge J.L. Edmondson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
