Biography

Employer: Aon...Current responsibilities as Sr. Casualty Risk Consultant is delivery of excellent customer service and partnering with clients of different sizes and industries segments. Connie provides recommended solutions to improve overall outcomes on client casualty and integrated insurance programs, engages in processes and assists in reducing client loss cost. She ensures the claims adminstration partners are providing the highest level of expertise and service to our clients; while providing a strategic point of access to Casualty Claims and Risk Control Services.
Connie has 30 years experience in the insurance industry.
 
Before joining Aon, Connie was Vice President Client Services with a national third party adminstrator . She also held roles as director client services, operations manager, casualty claims supervisor and claims examiner throughout her career.
 
As Vice President Client Services, Connie has worked with clients from many different industries, including public entities, health care, professional and business services, transportation, security, growers, construction services, tecnology, hotel and retail employers.

Connie has three professional designations from the Insurance Educations Association and her self-insured license for the State of California.  She is a member of the National Association of Profession Women (NAPW) and has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management through the University of Phoenix.
