Biography

Bruno Wolfenzon, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of Wolfenzon Rolle, which has offices located in California, Nevada and Arizona. He has over 22 years of experience as a trial attorney and has litigated a number of cases involving construction defect, casino security breach, products liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and personal injury cases related to exposure to mold. He is highly respected throughout Southern California and Nevada legal communities as a capable trial attorney with great integrity. Mr. Wolfenzon has also successfully tried over 25 significant cases, including one wherein he obtained the only true defense verdict while representing a national builder in a multi-family construction defect case in Nevada. He has also successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court; Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the California Fourth District Court of Appeals. Mr. Wolfenzon works closely with his clients to mount a vigorous defense on their behalf. He has represented developers, general contractors, large subcontractors, casinos, hotels, and commercial entities. The wealth of experience he has acquired in the defense of his various clients is used to help develop risk management and prevention programs. He makes himself available to lecture to audiences throughout the United States in the areas of construction defect litigation, as well as hotel and casino related litigation.
