Kevin Crossan

Biography

Kevin Crossan has over 30 years of Multi Line Casualty Claims experience specializing in Construction Accounts and Wrap-up programs.  Kevin also has experience with multi- line claims handling including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Primary & Excess Losses, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, E&O, and Bad Faith Claims.
 
Kevin will manage a team of 12 ESIS Construction client service executives, which service construction projects and contractor practice programs on a national basis. He oversees the development of ESIS Construction Claims, and products and services specifically geared toward the construction market segment. Kevin is instrumental in the development of construction-specific risk management services, such as ESIS’ Construction On-Call.
 
Kevin joined ESIS in 2006 as the National Construction claims manager, responsible for all aspects of the ESIS Construction claims handling and operations, including catastrophic claims handling, supervision & management of Construction claims operations. In 2013 Kevin moved within the practice as VP partnership services overseeing the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regions.
 
Kevin professional experience has been with Rockwood Insurance Company, Argonaut Insurance Company, Crossan Insurance Adjusters, Willis North America – Construction Practice, and CHUBB/ESIS Construction Claims Product Management.  He also holds an Associate in Risk Management/Claims, along with obtaining his AIC designation from the Insurance Institute
