Dwayne Hermes CO-FOUNDER & CEO: Hermes Law & ClaimDeck(tm)

Dwayne has been motivated to provide continuous process improvement to the insurance litigation and claims handling space throughout his career. He has used various platforms to help bring about these improvements. Over the past 35 years, he has founded and led two law firms in the insurance defense field that have provided over $200M in litigation services and represented most of the major insurance carriers in the U.S. and Lloyd's market. Recognition has been provided to him repeatedly throughout his career for the quality of his legal skills. His career has included the opportunity to serve as President and chair of the Litigation Practices Technology committees of an international affiliation of insurance defense firms with over 3000 attorneys. He has been an active contributor to the thought leadership space and has been published in numerous legal and insurance industry publications regarding how to bring improvements to both the claims and legal services industries. Most recently he has co-founded a legal technology firm, ClaimDeck(tm), that is providing a transparent and collaborative environment for the claim professional and defense counsel to handle litigated matters.

Innovators have the desire to bring improvement. Successful entrepreneurs make innovation a successful business. Rarely are attorneys both innovative and entrepreneurial. Dwayne is one of those rare attorneys.
