Roseann Coughlin

Biography

Roseann Coughlin is the Assitant Claims manager in the Carlsbad office of Golden State Claims Adjusters. She has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry and is a licensed adjuster in 29 states. In addition to construction defect supervision and claims handling she has held supervisory position in personal lines insurance as well as previously handling complex litigation of various types of general liability claims including Products Liability, Premises Liability, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Advertising Injury and Personal Injury. She has managed all aspects of these claims including but not limited to the initial review, coverage analysis/determination, assignment and management of defense counsel, liability and damages analysis of underlying claim, implementation of resolution strategies, negotiation of settlements and participation mediations.

Ms. Coughlin received her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University at State College, PA. Ms. Coughlin is currently the Secretary of the CLM-San Diego Chapter where she was Past President of the chapter at its inception and through 2014.
