Edward Roesch

Biography

Ed Roesch is the Director of the Claims Department for NAMIC Insurance Company, Inc. (NAMICO), an affiliate of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC). 
 
Ed graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He went on to achieve his Master’s in Business Administration from Butler University. He started his insurance career as an outside multi-line adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before moving to Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He spent 21 years at Chubb reaching the designation of Casualty Claim Specialist, responsible for directing and handling complex casualty claims as well as catastrophic casualty losses for Chubb nationwide. Ed joined the NAMICO team in June of 2008.
 
Ed is a past President of the Indianapolis Claim Managers Council, and was an active member of the Insurance Institute of Indiana serving on the Legislative Steering, Claim, and Amicus Committees. Ed has also developed and presented courses for casualty claim personnel, in addition to specialty lines of coverage such as errors or omissions and product coverage. He has also taught courses dealing with insurance agents errors or omissions and certification programs for mutual insurance company’s Board of Directors.
