Biography
Jon Terry has a thriving litigation practice and focuses on complex and commercial litigation. He is admitted in Federal and State Courts. He has litigated and tried cases in construction, breach of contract, construction defect, property insurance/bad faith, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability. He is also a partner at the prestigious boutique firm of Terry 🔹Mudge LLP. Mr. Terry speaks and presents at numerous regional, national and international conferences and seminars to various insurers, businesses trade groups. Mr. Terry is Martindale Hubbell “AV” rated, the highest peer based rate indicating preeminent legal abilities and highest ethics.
Mr. Terry is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Building Industry Association, J. Reuben Clark Law Society, The CLM Alliance, the Orange County and San Francisco Bar Associations, and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Mr. Terry received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1990 and his B.A. in U.S. History/American Studies from Brigham Young University in 1987.
