Michelle Jackson is a Senior Claims Examiner for Nonprofits Insurance Alliance (NIA), the nation’s leading insurer exclusively serving the liability and property needs of nonprofits. For NIA Michelle handles complex claims, including those involving child sexual and physical abuse. She has over 30 years of industry experience with a variety of carriers including OMSNIC, PIC Wisconsin and AIG. She was previously the director of Risk management for ISMIE.
