Biography
Bill Mitchell is an insurance coverage and commercial litigation attorney and is a member of Bongiorno, Montiglio, Mitchell & Palmieri, PLLC in Mineola, New York. Bill handles complex insurance coverage issues and risk transfer practice with significant exposure and oversees general liability, professional liability, premises liability, life insurance, construction defect, commercial and environmental claims, from file inception to resolution. Bill has briefed and argued appellate matters before the New York State appeals courts as well as the District Courts and the Second Circuit. Bill is an honors graduate of St. John's University School of Law, where he was Articles & Notes Editor of the St. John's Law Review. He has authored numerous articles on insurance coverage issues, and has been a CLM Member since 2012.
