Biography

Christine Kroupa is a partner in the Denver office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Kroupa represents insurers in a variety of insurance matters, particularly focusing on first party bad faith litigation. She has significant experience handling high exposure, complex litigation, which gives her the ability to quickly assess exposure and damages. Her experience is expansive as she handles commercial property claims, appraisals, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, homeowners’ insurance claims, and coverage opinions. Ms. Kroupa received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Nebraska and South Dakota and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the
District of Nebraska, U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is the recipient of Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch distinction in Insurance Law (2022, 2023) and Super Lawyers®, Rising Star in Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability: Defense, Civil Litigation: Defense (2020, 2021).
