Biography
Mr. Myles is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Association of Trial Lawyers. He is a Member of ABOTA and Past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, The USLAW Network and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Hehas been a partner with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since 1987 and concentrates his practice on insurance coverage, bad faith and professional liability. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a former Arizona State Representative for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
Mr. Myles has tried cases involving insurance bad faith, professional liability, product liability, construction defects and insurance coverage, many involving punitive damage claims.
