Donna Thomisee

Biography

Donna is a highly motivated, accomplished and goal-driven attorney with a comprehensive background in litigation and insurance coverage and defense, with a strong proficiency in overseeing all aspects, from intake to the trial and appellate processes. For more than 35 years, Donna’s practice has focused primarily on insurance coverage claims of all types and the defense of personal injury and commercial claims.
During her career, Mrs. Thomisee has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, with expertise in overseeing all aspects of a law firm’s business development and human resources functions. She has excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven proficiency in cultivating strong business relationships with clients.  She is very involved with local and state bar activities currently serving on the State Bar CLE Committee and is a Co-Chair of Houston Bar Association's Bench Bar Committee.  She is a sought after speaker on insurance and litigation topics. She has a career track record of success, complemented by a demonstrated capacity in implementing process improvement and business development strategies. In addition to her legal activities she is also Chair of the Board of Directors for a National Non-Profit Organization.
