Kristin Seabrook

Biography

Kristin Seabrook has a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech.  She also has a Juris Doctorate/MBA from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia.  Following law school, Ms. Seabrook worked for Clark County District Attorney's Office (Las Vegas) as a Deputy District Attorney.  In 2005, she moved to Knoxville, TN where she joined Butler, Vines and Babb as an insurance defense attorney and focused primarily on tractor trailer accidents.  In 2007, Ms. Seabrook joined Pilot Travel Centers LLC as an Associate Attorney.  In 2008, Ms. Seabrook was promoted to General Counsel and Secretary, where she currently serves.  Ms. Seabrook is responsible for corporate compliance, litigation management, contract drafting and review, environmental and real estate matters, employment law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate books.
