Biography
Dennis Kass is a founding partner of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester, LLP. Dennis has received a number of honors for his trial skills, including:1999 IASIU Southern California Chapter Defense Attorney of the Year; 2001 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year for litigation; 2002 Loyola Law School Trial Lawyer of the year; and 2004-2017 Los Angeles Magazine Super- Lawyer.
Dennis runs the firm’s Complex Litigation team, including focusing on insurance fraud litigation. Dennis has been featured on T.V., radio and numerous periodicals for his work on “whistle-blower” actions, and prevailed in the first ever trial under California’s Whistle-Blower law, obtaining a $8.2 million verdict against the defendant doctors. Dennis also litigates high exposure tort matters and defends class action cases. Dennis has been called as an expert witness on behalf of the insurance industry, testifying many times before the CA State Assembly and Senate. Dennis also litigates declaratory relief and other fraud related matters.
