Biography
Rosanne Crowley has been a Claim Account Manager of US Risk Management at XL Insurance since September 2005 and is located in Los Angeles, California. Within the position she oversees accounts and Third Party Administrators, has account management responsibilities as well as technical authority of large Workers Compensation, Auto and General Liability Claims on a national basis. She is the XL Practice Lead for all fraud related activities and matters. She began her career in 1985 at Kemper Insurance where she held various positions during her 18 years of employment there including those of a claims examiner, claims supervisor and claim account manager. In 2003 she joined Argonaut Insurance as an account manager, holding that position until 2005 when she joined XL Insurance.
