Biography
Susan is the AVP of Direct Resolution Claims at Arch Insurance. She is a skilled claims executive specializing in Property/Casualty claims. Susan leads claims teams related to the handling of Personal Lines, Commercial Auto, GL, Property, and Professional Lines. She has experience building out claims staff, TPA and carrier management. Susan is a dynamic and experienced leader managing casualty claims teams involving large deductibles, SIR's, unbundled programs, primary and excess polices. She has strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect and motivate teams to achieve more than they thought possible.
