Leandra Ryan

Biography

Leandra Ryan is a Vice President of Claims with Colony Insurance.  Hired in November 2011, Leandra manages the General Liability team from Colony’s Alpharetta Georgia office. Before joining Colony and since 2007, Leandra was the Assistant Vice President of Claims in the Construction group of Ace USA and prior to that an Assistant Vice President at Ace Westchester with the liability claims team.  From 1997 to 2007 Leandra resided in Australia where she worked as a Claims Supervisor for Zurich International Insurance from 1997 to 2002 managing a team of adjusters handling international claims and from 2002 to 2007 as the Assistant Vice President/National Liability Claims Supervisor for Chubb Insurance Company of Australia.From 1992 to 1997 Leandra was the Claims Manager for Guam Insurance Adjusters (an AIG company) managing liability and property claims in Guam, Saipan, Palau, Tinian and Rota for AIG and contractually for other carriers.  Leandra started her career as a graduate trainee with GAB handling property claims and liability claims as a field adjuster and worked for independent adjusting companies in Florida and South Carolina before joining an insurance company.
