Biography
Stephanie Wood joined The Wendy’s Company in 2012 as Claims Manager. Wendy’s is the world’s third largest quick-service hamburger company. She has total claim management responsibilities for Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability and Property claims for the 427 company owned restaurants. Those responsibilities include leading a team of four claims analysts that provide oversight of their Workers’ Compensation claims and self-administer their General Liability claims at the company’s corporate headquarters in Dublin, OH. Prior to joining Wendy’s in March 2012, Ms. Wood was a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor for Big Lots and a Claims Specialist for Installed Building Products.
