Biography
I began my career as a multi-line, multi-state adjuster with St. Paul Fire and Marine in January 1991. I have worked with several insurance carriers and third party administrators as a Senior Claims Adjuster. I have served as a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager/Risk Manager for a privately held company overseeing the safety and workers compensation program of over 5,000 employees in 30 states. I served as an Account Principal with Gallagher Bassett Services for 12 years overseeing large local and national accounts. These accounts have included transportation, municipalities, school districts and restaurant/service accounts. As of July 2017, I am currently serving as one of the Talent Acquisition and Development Managers in Human Resourses. I assist in developing and reviewing current resolution manager training for new experienced hires and new hires from graduated college students and individuals changing careers. I also instruct several courses throughout the year that include training on WC, Auto Liability, General Liability and Property claims handling. I have been with Gallagher Bassett for 16 years as of October 2020.
