Jason Specht

Biography

Jay Specht has defended hundreds of individuals and entities against construction defect, personal injury, and product liability claims over the course of his 15-plus year career. He
closely evaluates every aspect of a case, in an effort to identify suitable case resolution strategies. Mr. Specht has significant experience with construction litigation, where he counsels
developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He assists clients with commercial, residential, and multi-unit property disputes at every stage of the pursuit,
negotiation, or litigation process. He is familiar with “wrap-up” construction insurance policies, both owner-controlled and contractor-controlled, which can present challenges in
California high rise construction projects. Mr. Specht has litigated to conclusion four binding arbitrations and the trial of a personal injury auto accident. He has mediated numerous multi-million-dollar cases.
