Biography
Carole Whitted-Ridgeway is Senior Claims Manager for Maverick Transportation, a Little Rock, AR based, industry leading, privately owned carrier in business over 39 years. Maverick operates over 1500 tractors and provides truckload services to steel, building materials glass, machinery and boats throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. She has been in the trucking industry for over 40 years and has been with Maverick the last 22 years. She currently manages the transportation liability, cargo and subrogation for Maverick as well as working with outside defense counsel across the country as emergency response and civil litigation matters arise. Carole has been a Board Member for the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) since 2011 and Executive Secretary since 2018. She has been on the Executive Counsel for CLM's Claims College - School of Transportation since 2012. Carole also completed and received designation for the CLM School of Casualty Claims (CCP) as well as the CLM Litigation Management Institue Course (CLMP) . Carole is now Co-Dean of the School of Transportation.
