Biography
Mr. Crowley has been with Marriott’s Risk Management Department for 23 years, starting in the Boston regional claims office as a multi-lines adjuster and supervisor and progressing to Marriott Corporate Headquarters as a National Claims Examiner, before assuming his current role as Senior Manager, Claims Operations for Marriott’s Southeast Regional Claims office. His current responsibilities involve the oversight of 15 adjusters and 4 supervisors who manage guest and employee claims arising out of the multiple-brand hotel operations in the Southeast.
