Kimberly Perkins

Biography

Kimberly Perkins, JD, is U.S. Claims Counsel for Ark Syndicate Management Limit, the managing agent for syndicates 4020 and 3902 of Lloyds of London in the Richmond, Virginia office.  She provides Claims Counsel services for the U.S. based claims involving general liability, professional liability for architects and engineers, and insurer E & O, among others.  She works closely with TPA claims examiners, managers, outside counsel, and underwriting management in assessing risks, analyzing and resolving coverage disputes, developing litigation strategies, and conducting training.  Kim has more than twenty-eight years of experience in insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and liability defense matters.
