Biography
Jonathan Gerdes is a Claim Executive with over 30 years of property and casualty insurance claims experience and who has held various increasingly responsible field, regional and home office level positions. He has exposure to all property and casualty lines with an emphasis on casualty claims having worked for top 20 insurance carriers, a nationwide TPA , a worldwide top 4 insurance advisory company and a Fortune top 10 self-insured. Jonathan has extensive experience with helping claim organizations achieve their full potential through the consistent delivery of superior claim outcomes.Currently he is the Chief Claim Officer for Frank Crum Insurance. Where he is responsible for the direction, oversight, and management of all claim related activity including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability and Construction Defect claims. Jonathan has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration both from Stetson University. He has earned his CPCU, SCLA and AIC designations.
