Erin M. Erickson is a managing partner and shareholder with the firm Bohyer, Erickson, Beaudette, and Tranel in Missoula, Montana. Erin has focused her practice on insurance defense and coverage over the last 22 years. She also leads the business and client development in her firm. In addition to her legal practice, Erin provides trainings to insurance companies on Montana claims handling practices. She also provides trainings to organizations and governmental entities on learning and incorporating the value of diversity, inclusion and transformative leadership qualities - and how they can promote creativity, innovation and strengthen the bottom line.
