Biography

Kip Daniels is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for NuQuest – a national provider of Medicare Set-Aside Allocation (MSA) and Professional Administration services. Mr. Daniels brings almost a decade of in-depth experience and stellar performance in the workers’ compensation and liability industry specializing in the development and implementation of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance and Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) cost-containment programs.
 
Mr. Daniels holds a bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Aurora University graduating with honors and is certified by the International Commission of Health Care Commission as a Medicare Set- Aside Consultant (MSCC).
 
A sought-after speaker, Mr. Daniels is nationally recognized as a thought leader and industry expert in Medicare Set-Asides in both workers’ compensation and liability cases. He presents leading-edge, mission-critical information to his diverse audiences in easy-to-understand terms. Often engaged by carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs) and employers – Mr. Daniels discusses compelling topics to reduce costs and eliminate exposure when settling claims involving MSP and MMSEA exposure.
 
Committed to sharing his vast knowledge with fellow professionals, Mr. Daniels is an instructor for several CE accredited courses including such compelling topics as Medicare Set-Aside Basics, Medicare Conditional Payments and Section 111 of the MMSEA.
 
Prior to joining NuQuest, Mr. Daniels served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Services for Gould & Lamb and Regional Manager for Health Advocates Inc./PMSI MSA (now known as PMSI Settlement Solutions).
