Biography

John is the former President & CEO of Gould & Lamb. During his tenure at G&L from 2001 to 2010, he grew the company from 4 employees to over 300 and became the largest provider of Workers’ Compensation MSA Services nationally. In 2008, John led the Mandatory Insurer Reporting industry forward with the first functioning MIR software solution in the market.During his career, John has been involved with every major insurer, TPA, and law firm in the industry. He and his team have completed over 60,000 settlements involving MSP matters. He successfully implemented an MIR software solution that managed the reporting needs of over 4,000 individual RREs. John is a nationally recognized authority who has written numerous articles and is a frequent presenter at national conferences on the topic of MSP Compliance.John joined the managed care industry in 1994 and has held executive leadership and sales roles with Corvel, Concentra, GENEX, and Fair Isaac. He is a Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) and a Certified Instructor on Workers’ Compensation matters. He has held Board positions for the International Commission on Healthcare Care Certification (ICHCC), the Medicare Advocacy Recovery Coalition (MARC), and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
