Danielle K. Yearick is a Director of the firm, practicing primarily in areas of civil defense litigation, including personal injury, products liability, construction law, insurance disputes, workers' compensation, and civil trial practice. Ms. Yearick has been a partner since 2002.
Ms. Yearick received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from Manhattan College, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1997, Ms. Yearick received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware in 1997, and in the State of Pennsylvania in 1998. Ms. Yearick is admitted to practice before all Delaware courts, the United States District Court for the District Delaware, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Yearick is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. She also maintains active membership to the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware State Bar Workman's Compensation Section, Defense Counsel of Delaware, Delaware Claims Association, and Defense Research Institute. She currently serves on the Steering Committee of the Vincent A. Bifferato, Sr. Superior Court Trial Practice Forum, as both a coordinator and speaker. Ms. Yearick was appointed to serve on the Civil Rules Committee, Delaware Supreme Court's Commission on Continuing Legal Education and the Board on Professional Responsibility, serving as Board Chair for three years. Ms. Yearick is a frequent lecturer on trial and civil defense litigation practices. She has been named Top Lawyer in tort law, civil litigation defense, and workers compensation law in Delaware Today Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine's Superlawyers.
