32 years of broad based Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience. Progressive growth in responsibility throughout my career. Past roles include account executive for fortune 100 companies, business development and account management for associations and pools, regional claims operations management of multiple offices with over 150 employees, ,opening new claims offices in new territories, new business implementations, data mining / analysis, claims program design / architecture , managed care analysis, regional manager for client account executives, and more.
Currently I lead, ,coach, manage and assist multiple account managers in the delivery of claims services to our multiple clients operating in the restaurant and foodservice space. Develop focused restaurant and foodservice knowledge base and best practices within our organization. Create a forum for information and ideas exchange among account managers and clients in this niche.
