Biography
Mark is a 1989 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He began his career in the insurance industry that same year with Aetna Life & Casualty and is currently employed with Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions as a VP of Claims Quality Assurance. Over the course of his career, Mark has succeeded in the areas of field and desk adjusting, claim supervision, large account management, as well as commercial lines sales. One of his areas of continued enjoyment and growth, which was enhanced after joining a Toastmasters Club in 2008, is that of public speaking. This has allowed him opportunities to provide training and presentations on multiple topics. Mark has his CPCU, AIC and CCP designations.
