Biography
Bart Jay Robey is a litigator whose practice concentrates insurance defense, products liability and bad faith defense. Bart’s broad range of experience includes resolution of disputes in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.
Bart graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2003 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Bart also clerked for the late Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Marian Opala. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C.
Bart is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and the Federal Bar Association.
