Biography

Clarence Lee is a partner in the insurance practice at Saul Ewing Arnsetin & Lehr LLP. Clarence Lee’s practice focuses on insurance coverage counseling and litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation and enforcement. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation and environmental insurance coverage actions. With respect to insurance coverage, Clarence provides insurance coverage advice and litigation representation on a variety of insurance issues, including general liability, environmental, mass tort, director’s and officer’s liability, professional liability, managed care, and group care policies. Clarence has also represented companies in intellectual property and antitrust litigation. With respect to his intellectual property enforcement practice, Clarence is the lead attorney in charge of the firm’s representation of a major intellectual property trade association that enforces copyrights throughout the United States. Clarence also has an active pro bono practice that involves immigration and asylum cases, as well as family law issues in local courts. He received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Washington University.
