K. Mark Davidson

Biography

Kenneth Mark Davidson is the Director of Liability and Property Claims at National General Management Corporation performing work for National General Lender Services (NGLS). In addition to his responsibilities for daily claims operations, catastrophe operations, and vendor relations, he directs the litigation claims team and serves as Corporate Representative in suits against the company.  Mr. Davidson directs a staff of over 65 professionals whom provide insurance services for a variety of lender and mortgage companies.
Mr. Davidson finds passion in process development, creative leadership techniques, and building durable relationships.  In his 15 year tenure in the insurance industry, he has developed high productivity field and desk claims operations, successfully executed a number of claims process efficiencies, established and improved relations with both clients and service providers.  
Mr. Davidson graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Emergency Administration where he received Dean’s Honors. Post his university work, he found his true passion in the international arena working in pre and post war areas of former-Yugoslavia supporting a variety of diplomatic peace initiatives executed by several international governments. After several years abroad, he returned to the U.S. and began his insurance career.
In addition, he currently serves on the board of a non-profit organization aimed at assisting those in need in Honduras and the U.S. He resides near Dallas, Texas with his wife of 16 years, along with his 12-year old daughter and 8-year old son.
