Emily is an experienced attorney practicing law in Arizona, New Mexico, and Florida. Emily’s practice is primarily focused on multi-party complex civil litigation in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation, construction law, construction defect, and general civil litigation.

Emily handles most aspects of law related to transportation and trucking, including representing companies in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as assisting trucking companies, motor vehicle companies, motor vehicle dealerships and farm implement dealerships in a variety of areas including corporate, commercial, and tort matters.
