Deborah Denenberg

Biography

Deborah J. Denenberg is an accomplished litigator who has tried numerous product liability and general liability cases in New York and New Jersey state courts. Ms. Denenberg has extensive experience representing commercial clients in several key areas, including labor and employment, consumer products, drugs and medical device, employment practices liability, general liability, and construction.
 
Ms. Denenberg has represented employers in a variety of employment-based matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as FLSA violations. In addition, she has experience representing consumer product and medical device manufacturers, large metropolitan hospital clients, and construction companies on the full range of legal issues, including employment, insurance coverage, contract disputes, and personal injury claims. She also has supervised legal, regulatory, and compliance work for manufacturers coming under the scrutiny of federal legislation, including Department of Labor investigations, product recalls initiated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and FDA-related matters.
