Julie Beaumont

Biography

Julie Beaumont is General Manager in the Central Claims Department at Acuity.  Julie has over 25 years of diverse insurance claims experience, industry engagement, educational background, and leadership. She began her career as a Paralegal at an Insurance Defense firm where she was recruited to work for one of their top clients as a Claims Adjuster. Julie spent over 15 years of her career as a multi-line Field Claims Adjuster.  Julie became a Field Claims Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2014 until she was promoted to Central Claims-GM in 2022. She is recognized by her colleagues as an influential thought leader having collaborated with various departments and numerous industry organizations to conduct training and education. Julie enjoys presenting at industry events speaking on topics ranging from Property, Trucking, Litigation, Negotiation and Leadership. She has worked on strategic initiatives within her organization, elevating our culture and contributed to projects within Claims to enhance and improve workflow. Julie is known for a proven track record of creating high performing teams and throughout her career has worked with and mentored several claims professionals. In her free time, she enjoys working out, baking and traveling.
