Jordan Rubinstein

Biography

Jordan’s practice focuses on counseling insurance companies ranging from single-line risk retention groups to multi-line national insurance companies. His work for these clients includes coverage analysis, working with all parties involved in the process, including claimants, and when necessary, coverage litigation. Jordan has experience working with the following lines of insurance: professional liability insurance issued to psychologists, psychiatrists, hospitals, surgery centers, long-term care facilities, senior living facilities, home health care agencies, diagnostic imaging companies, neuro-monitoring companies, massage therapists, organ procurement companies, police departments, attorneys, private equity companies, abstracters, title agents and escrow agents. Jordan also has extensive experience working with primary and excess directors and officers insurance.

Jordan also focuses on litigation and advising clients on how best to maximize gains while limiting exposure. He has represented clients in complex litigation across the country, both in federal and state courts. Jordan has extensive experience resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, mechanisms that result in clients achieving their goals while minimizing expenses.
