Bethani Thibodeau has called Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company her home for 26
years. She began her career as an Inside Claims Representative and was quickly
promoted into the field where she spent most of her time as a Senior Field Claims
Representative that involved being a multi-line adjuster utilizing critical skills in
inspections, investigations, litigation, negotiating, and resolutions. The past 9 years
have been as a Field Claims Manager where she progressively leads her team and
advocates for a collaborative culture within her district, region, and department. Bethani
has participated in various industry associations, such as Fox Valley Adjusters
Association, Wisconsin Claims Counsel, and CLM. She has also completed leadership
programs to continue her education that include Center for Professional and Executive
Development through UW-Madison, Desire to Learn with UW-Milwaukee, and The
Institutes’ Executive Education Program through the Darden Executive Education at
University of Virginia. Outside of her passion of the insurance industry, Bethani coached
volleyball for 25 years as a Head Coach at various levels from youth to college athletes.
She has also received career achievement awards for being inducted into both her high
school and her college Athletic Hall of Fame for her efforts as a student athlete as well
as the successes as their respective Head Volleyball Coach. Giving back to her
community is the newest adventure for Bethani as she volunteers at the Aging &
Disability Resource Center of Brown County and at the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park in
Northeast Wisconsin. Bethani is married to her husband Adam for 24 years and they
have two daughters, Haydan, and Alexia.
