Biography
Patti has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She has worked in all areas of claims and found her niche in subrogation. She has worked in the Subrogation Department at SECURA Insurance for the last 17 years. In her role as a Senior Subrogation Specialist, she has successfully negotiated and settled a large volume of subrogation claims resulting in significant recoveries for SECURA.
Patti enjoys collaborating with others in strategizing claims. She embraces the opportunity to strengthen customer relations with SECURA’s customers and works closely with them regarding recoveries. She has also found a new love in continuing improvement processes and has been involved in many lean projects at SECURA.
In her free time, Patti and her husband enjoy bicyling and brewery visits, sometimes combining the two. She also recently joined a Pickleball league and has been working hard to improve her serve.
