Biography
I have been active in the Restoration and Insurance Services Industry since 2003. In this time I have held several roles and gained experience in all aspects of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Catastrophe claims.
My restoration experience includes Project Management and Estimating as a Sole Proprietor of a National restoration company. Industry certifications include IICRC-WRT/ASD. I have successfully completed the industry standard training course “Designing the Building Envelope for Control of Moisture and Mold and Indoor Air Quality”. I have published many articles in Restoration Industry Publications including:ICS; R&R Magazine; IE Connections; and Claims.
I am certified with the Departments of Banking and Insurance as an instructor in several states. Approved courses include: “Advanced Hardwood and Concrete Drying”; “Ask the Expert”; “After the Disaster: Incompetence and Fraud in the Restoration Industry”; and “The Adjuster Takes Control: After the Hurricane”.
