Mr. Pace’s practice consists of major property subrogation matters, complex recovery litigation,litigation arising from catastrophic losses, injuries, and professional liability.He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University School of Law.He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1979 and has handled cases in at least 23 statesand the District of Columbia.He is a former Board Member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP),and a member of Loss Executives Association (LEA) and FDCC (former vice chair of PropertySection). He is a Fellow, International Society of Barristers, Master, Temple American Inn ofCourt, member of ADTA and CLM (Subrogation Committee), and has lectured on trial practice,handling major claims, mediation and various other topics for NASP, PLRB, Pennsylvania BarInstitute, Philadelphia Bar Association, National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Temple School ofLaw and Widener University Law School. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the PhiladelphiaCourt of Common Pleas and is an experienced mediator. He has testified as an expert beforevarious Courts and in Mediations and Arbitrations.He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and of the PropertyCommittee of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
