Biography

With an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a Sr. Liability Claims Representative at biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where I manage complex claims and provide excellent customer service.

I leverage my business development skills to negotiate settlements, handle large loss claims, and deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. I am proficient in various claims resolution techniques, such as mediation, arbitration, and litigation. I am also skilled in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

I am passionate about learning new things and improving my knowledge and skills in the field of insurance. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of biBERK and its parent company, Berkshire Hathaway, by providing exceptional claims service and value. I am always eager to collaborate with my team and other professionals in the industry, and to support the vision and mission of our organization.
